While looking to relocate to Texas from Ohio, my husband and I were fortunate to have found Linda on the Internet. Moving is stressful, relocating nearly 1300 miles is even more so. Linda made the whole process as painless as possible for us.

 

We told Linda our needs and a list of houses we found listed on the Internet as examples of what we liked. I made a weekend trip to Texas to look at houses with her. She had the entire Saturday scheduled with places to see and met me, along with one of my friends, in Austin with breakfast burritos and snacks for the day. After a full tank of gas and an entire day spent viewing houses, we put an offer on a house. As luck would have it, Linda found this house just the day before I set off for Austin and it was perfect!

 

Linda spent that Saturday evening and the next morning putting the offer through for us and by Sunday night, both parties had come to a purchase agreement. During the next couple weeks, she was our champion for having minor repairs made to the house by the sellers after inspections were completed and gave us a list of important contacts for our banking, mortgage and moving needs. She also organized the entire signing process for us to purchase remotely, meaning that we were able to sign for the house in Ohio without having to travel to Austin. Linda inspected the house for us just prior to the transfer date and took ownership of the house keys until we could pick them up.

 

Now that we’re settled in our new home, Linda has continued to send us information on fun things to do in the area and became a treasured friend. With our trust in her, we asked her to find a realtor in Ohio to sell our old home, and when the time comes for Paul and I to relocate again, Linda will be the one we call. She’s fantastic!

Linda Botello did an outstanding job assisting with a relocation property that had been on the market for months, overpriced and just not getting any activity!

 

I requested a Brokers Market Analysis from Linda and received the information prior to the time it was due! Linda was at the house with the owners going over what to do to market the property right off the bat and get it sold! Linda listed the property 10/28/2012, sold property on 11/16/2012 and closed the property on 12/7/2012!

 

This is about as fast as it can go and these transferees got a bonus on the sale of the property and repairs were negotiated to avoid all the hassle of repair issues! This property also had an encroachment and this was all worked out with the buyers and not big issue!
